Zhejiang Tower is an integrated building with a business hotel and an office building, which is invested by Zhejiang Government and opened in 2002. Zhejiang Tower is the landmark building in the midway of Beisanhuan Road. The hotel has a 23-storey main building, with its area of 58,000 square meters, among of which 15,000 square meters belong to the office building. With its grand appearance and elegant design, the hotel has a total of 106 rooms, among which there are three luxury suites, 5 administrative suites, 6 business suites, and 92 standard rooms each of whose area reaches 45 square meters. A large area of the hotel is decorated with French glass and walnut furniture. The hotel is equipped with a central air-conditioning system, international long-distance telephones, and mini bars. Chinese restaurants and characteristic boxes can accommodate 600 people, where Zhejiang chefs take major charge of cuisines and provide Beijing and Hangzhou typical dishes. The building also has a multi-purpose room with a seating capacity of 100 people, three meeting rooms of sizes, an advanced business center, and other subsidiary facilities such as hairdressing center, shopping malls, and travel ticketing centers.
